Ralph Paglia 

President of Automotive Media Partners, LLC

Ralph Paglia is the founder and President of ADM Consulting, LLC. Clients served include Ford, GM, Toyota, J.D. Power and Associates, along with several retail dealer groups in Texas, California, New Mexico and Nevada. He previously served as President of Automotive Media Partners, LLC (AMP) which was launched as a new start-up in April 2012. Although many of AMP’s networks and publications have been well established for years, bringing them all together to coordinate their appeal and usefulness to dealers could have been a daunting task. Ralph has made it look easy by successfully guiding the launch of AMP with assets most dealers are familiar with; www.AutomotiveDigitalMarketing.com and www.dealerELITE.net .

Paglia served as Vice President of Digital at Tier10 Marketing from January 2011 until the AMP launch in April 2012. Ralph focused on building out Tier10’s digital marketing, social advertising, social media, reputation management and related capabilities for achieving the goals of Tier10 Marketing clients.  He has designed and blueprinted the daily operating processes which deliver digital marketing, advertising and social media services to the car dealers and automotive groups which are Tier10 Marketing clients.  

Paglia has been instrumental in establishing strategic alliances with companies such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft Advertising, software suppliers, advertising networks and technology companies that Tier10 Marketing continues to leverage for delivering best in class digital marketing, advertising and social media. Team building and resource development has been an important part of Tier10’s growing digital marketing delivery capabilities, and Ralph was a key driver for hiring, training and empowering the Tier10 digital team’s resources and the tools they use.

Prior to joining the Tier10 Marketing team, Ralph Paglia served as Director of Digital Marketing Solutions at ADP Dealer Services (now CDK Global), which is one the largest dealer solution providers in the world. Paglia’s responsibilities included leadership of ADP’s Digital Marketing Business Development strategies and product planning, while also serving as the primary digital marketing subject matter expert for ADP’s Manufacturer Solutions Group.  He led development of ADP’s Digital Advertising, OEM Consulting Services, and the ADP Social Marketing and Reputation Management solutions suite for dealers.

In early 2008 Paglia introduced the social media managed solution concept and developed the tactic of using dealer owned social networks as content origination “Hubs”, targeted to attract engagement with dealership employees, consumers and suppliers. Paglia’s “Hub and Spoke” social media marketing strategy has become widely recognized as one of the most ROI validated approaches to automotive social media marketing.

While leading the Internet Sales and BDC Teams at Courtesy Chevrolet, Paglia used digital marketing strategies to drive Courtesy Chevrolet sales increases that achieved the distinction of becoming the top sales volume GM dealership in the world. With over 4,000 digital marketing initiated sales, Courtesy Chevrolet retailed over 11,000 new and used vehicles in 2006.

From 1999 until 2005, Paglia was with The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and served in various roles including OEM consulting practice leader and OEM partnership executive. He served as a Cyber Car eBusiness consultant at HAC Group before it was acquired by The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in May, 2000.

Paglia began his career in the auto industry at De La Fuente Automotive Group in San Diego, where he worked his way up the dealer group’s career ladder serving in roles that included sales representative, closer, sales manager, GSM and general manager.

Mr. Paglia has become well-known throughout his career as a passionate and insightful leader in the development and implementation of highly effective CRM and Internet sales processes, interactive marketing strategies, online advertising and social media marketing practices. He has led the development and design of nationally implemented Internet sales and digital marketing programs for several car companies, including Ford Motor Company; American Honda Motor Company; Mercedes-Benz USA; and Toyota Motor Sales.

His accomplishments include facilitating the partnership between Ford Motor Company and ADP Dealer Services, whereby ADP supplied Ford with a team of dedicated digital marketing consultants assigned to each Ford sales region throughout the USA. In support of the Ford DMC program, Paglia led the design and development of the Ford Digital Advertising Program for Dealers.  He trained the team of analysts and account managers that provided Ford dealers with ADP’s Digital Advertising Solutions.

While at Reynolds, Paglia led the team that installed the Mercedes-Benz StarLeads system and Mercedes-Benz BDC dealership implementation programs for Mercedes-Benz USA.

Paglia has led numerous eBusiness development projects for American Honda and has facilitated seminars for Honda and Acura dealerships throughout America.

Paglia designed dealer implementations for Toyota’s eCertified Dealer Program, and facilitated many of Toyota’s eCertified dealer seminars and delivered in-dealership consulting assignments that supported Toyota digital marketing initiatives.

Since 2008, Ralph Paglia has become widely known in automotive industry circles as the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Automotive Digital Marketing Professional Community, an online network at www.AutomotiveDigitalMarketing.com. The current version of the ADM network went live on January 3, 2008 and was based on Ralph’s Internet Sales Manager resource site built on Yahoo’s Geocities platform in 1999. The ADM Community has since become North America’s most visited online resource for auto industry professionals working in sales and marketing.
After graduating from High School in the Western NY area, Paglia went on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Valparaiso University in Indiana, and then went on to the State University of New York at Buffalo for his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing.

The automobile industry is not just a bunch of coverall wearing knuckle heads trying beat metals into shape, and grinning to the idea of injecting life into them. Like any white collar firm, the automobile industry welcomes all the gatherings  any other industry observes; like conferences, workshops, social gatherings, attending charity events, just to mention a few.

A psychologist and attorney, with prestige such as the teacher of strategy and leadership courses in CUNY, and a visiting Professor at the University of Shangai back in 2014, where he gave lectures on Entrepreneurship and marketing. All these and a lot more attributes are bestowed on the man, and they are just the skill set for a person who can deliver excellent motivational speeches. Then we have Ralph Paglia. President of Automotive Media Partners, a man with a bundle of experience, with well accomplished services at Tier10 Marketing, Digital Marketing Solutions, Courtesy Chevrolet of Phoenix and a few others, there is no doubt he will know what to say to a bunch of automobile faithful. And there is Criss Castle, an expert in advertising and marketing among others.
